Ramadan Mubarak Mere Musalmaan Bhaaiyon !!!

           432nd BLOG -->>

       Ramadan Mubarak and Ramadan Kareem to all my Muslim Brethren. Ramzan is considered as the holiest month in Islam. It is the ninth month according to the Islamic Calendar which is observed as the month in which the first verses of Quran were recited to Prophet Mohammed. The month of Ramazan lasts for 29 to 30 days where all the Islamic people observe it by fasting during the daytime. It is mandatory for all the Islamic people except some who are going under tough medication or the women who are pregnant or going through menstrual period. Fasting is intended to teach Muslims about patience, spirituality, humility and submissiveness to God. Muslims fast for the sake of their God- ALLAH. If a person fasts regularly during Ramazan for 34 years incessantly, he will end up fasting for a whole calendar year i.e. 365 days. Wow. Great. Every year, Ramazan arrives 11 days earlier than the previous year.

             During Ramazan, Muslims are expected to pass more time in religious activities like praying and reading Quran and are expected to avoid themselves from obscene and irreligious sights and sounds. The act of fasting is said to redirect the heart away from worldly activities, its purpose being to cleanse the inner soul and free it from harm. It also teaches Muslims to practice self-discipline, self-control, sacrifice, and empathy for those who are less fortunate; thus encouraging actions of generosity and charity. The most important rituals of Ramazan are: Charity, Fasting, Prayer and Reading of Quran, Iftar( the food meant to break the whole day's fast) and Laylat Al-Qadr(The night of measures) . After reading this, do you still think that Islam delivers the teaching of Jihaad and terrorism to its followers? No. There are some people who are born to Muslims and they don't deserve to be one. Muslims are just a human being like us and the world should stop looking them as a terrorist or the community which wants to destroy the world. A real Muslim does only those activities which I have described above.

             I have been in contact with numerous Muslims but I haven't found single Muslim talking like a terrorist. All of them just talk about Namaaz and Allah. A real Muslim will just recite Subhan Allah every time and will remember Allah whenever he gets a free time. I feel so sad to hear that people see Muslims as terrorist and it is becoming hard for Muslims to continue with long beards and their topi. Please let them live a religious life and talk only about terrorists and not about Muslims. Right now, the male friend circle I am having in my college has just Muslim boys and I have never felt that they treat me any different. They are so sweet and so sporting that I love to be with them. These media channels have exploited the whole image of Islam and its people because of which Non-Muslims have started looking them with suspicious eyes. Start trusting Muslims. They are not what we know them as. They are pure, concerned and dedicated for their religion and go read Quran and you will get to know that their religion don't teach them to explode bomb here and there on roads and public places. It teaches them to follow some basic rules which will keep them pure on Earth.

              Once again, Ramazan Mubarak to all my Muslim friends and I hope they will turn into much good human being after this Ramazan. Waiting for Eid to come and be invited by them. ;-)

            Thanks.
